The duplex penthouse is centrally located in a lovingly newly restored building on one of the most picturesque streets in Valletta. It is fully furnished for your comfort, with a well-equipped kitchen for your home-cooked meals. The private terrace provides exceptional views of Grandharbour and Valletta rooftops. 3-5 minutes walk to all amenities and historical sites in Valletta. The penthouse is reached by a newly installed lift.
The duplex penthouse is self-catering which gives guests the possibility to experience a Maltese home and live like the locals. We provide guests with some basic necessities to be able to settle in comfortably. A supermarket for anything one may need is only a stone throw away and small family-run grocery stores are also found around the streets of Valletta. Our welcome booklet provides insider information for your stay, and an Emergency number is available.
The University of Malta Valletta, the European Parliament office and the Grandmaster's Palace are right outside the flat. St. John's Co-Cathedral is a five-minute walk away, and so is the Upper Barrakka Gardens with full views of Grandharbour and the Three Cities across the way.
A Pre-arrival welcome guidebook is sent to guests upon booking to help you prepare for your stay. We try to be as flexible as possible with check-in and check-out time. This depends on the time needed to prepare and properly sanitise the apartment for you. We provide a self check-in & check-out service in line with COVID social distancing measures as well as contact number for anything to do with the apartment during your stay.
Families are welcome. A travel cot and high chair are set up in the apartment when they are requested by guests.
The Main bedroom may be set up as a queensize (180cm wide) bed or as two single (90cm wide) beds as required. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps a maximum of two guests (140cm wide) and the sofa bed on the upper level (bedroom/living room) sleeps a maximum of 2 guests (140cm).

Best Airbnb experience
This is quite possibly the best AirBnB experience I have had. Communicating from the hosts was prompt and they had very helpful advice. Check in was incredibly easy as well as getting in and out of the apartment. The space is beautifully renovated, centrally located and very comfortable. It is close enough to the nightlife but very quiet for sleeping. The terrace has a lovely view of the harbor. This place has all the amenities you need, including a washer/dryer combo that’s free. I highly recommend a stay in this fantastic apartment.
Spotless, Great location, superb terrace
The apartment is fantastic, spotless clean with all the amenities, great location and the terrace is just superb. My husband and I enjoyed the early sun in the mornings and some relaxing evenings with a glass of wine in there, appreciating the fabulous view of Malta. Jack was waiting for us to show the apartment and give us instructions, he was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again next time I’m in Valletta.
Perfect location
Me and my three friends had an excellent stay! The location is perfect, right in the city center but in a quiet area away from all the bars. The building and the apartment are modern and beautifully curated, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The amazing rooftop terrace was definitely a plus! I will definitely go back.

Wonderful apartment in a central location. We were using the guidebook and recommendations on a daily basis to explore and discover Malta. Absolutely stunning.

I’m not sure where to start it was all so incredibly wonderful! I truly loved this air bnb. Definitely one of my absolute favourite air bnb experiences. It was stylish yet comfortable. Spacious. Extremely clean. Very nice kitchen area. Super comfy bed. Lovely bathroom w/ a powerful shower. It really Had everything you would need, everything and more. It was Quiet. Private. Great location. Amazing terrace with the most perfect view of the magical island. Sandra was very available and helped with any questions I had. I didn’t want to leave and I will always try stay here whenever I come to Malta. Highly highly recommend!!!!!
Comfort, Hospitality & Style matched with a breathtaking view
We loved our stay in the apartment. It had everything we needed and everything was in perfect shape. It was a really comfortable apartment and we will gladly book it again without hesitation. The location is brilliant, everything we needed was just a few steps away and the view from the private terrace is breathtaking.
Better than the pictures
This apartment is better than the pictures.....location could not be beat, gorgeous views, useful elevator.....we wanted to stay forever and will be back, hopefully to the same unit. We saw the real Valletta by being in a choice in town location....we walked everywhere, especially to a multitude of excellent restaurants. They arranged our airport transportation.....I highly recommend that. Everything just flowed naturally, one of the best apartments we have ever rented.
